This monolithic light shaft
"monitor" was created for the
Nowlin house in Austin, Texas.
It is water gilt in 23k genuine
gold leaf, hand burnished over
red bole. It is suspended below
a 48" deep skylight shaft, oil-
gilt in 23k genuine gold leaf.
The monitor is 48" x 120"
