When this project arrived at the studio, there were two existing interior spandrels but only one
sand-patterned outer cove frame. After making repairs to the original pieces, we re-created the outer cove
frame by carefully replicating the compo ornaments and the leopard-skin sanding. It was then gilded to
match with 22k gold leaf on grey bole. Can you spot the copy?
